It's a tie between ‘Twas the Night After Christmas by Sabrina Jeffries and Why Mermaids Sing by C. S. Harris. Both are excellent stories written by superbly talented authors.
I've loved a bunch of books lately-- best indie book has been Torched by Andrea Colt, and best standard published books have been Everbound by Brodi Ashton and Splintered by AG Howard
